Job summary

Lutechresources is seeking a Senior Materials Administrator in Indonesia. The role focuses on inventory oversight, coordination across teams, and optimizing material flow. The incumbent will manage material receipt and issue, forecast needs, and use the Smart Materials system.

Candidates should have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, plus 1–6 years experience, with strong attention to detail and solid communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Attention to detail with reliable, learn-fast capability.
• Good written and verbal communication across teams.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and material management software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory management and oversight of products and materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications to ensure alignment.
• Identify opportunities to organize materials and expedite workflow.
• Administer material management activities and track forecasts.
• Report on material receipt/issue and optimize storage usage.
• Utilize the Material Management System (Smart Materials).
• Ensure timely, thorough, and well-documented meetings and follow-ups.
