Job summary

IOH seeks an AVP Market Research & Intelligence to deliver external and internal data analyses and provide recommendations to support strategy and projects. You will lead macroeconomic analysis translating trends into insights on telco market potential in Indonesia and drive market intelligence efforts across the Indonesian telco sector.

The role requires managing data, developing market sizing and scenarios, and advising senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in market research, business intelligence, commercial strategy, consumer insights, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end macroeconomic analysis and translate macroeconomic trends into actionable insights on telco market potential.
• Drive regular market intelligence reporting by analysing telco-related indicators and monitor competitive movements in Indonesia.
• Manage and continuously improve market intelligence databases, integrating performance data, regulator data, and third-party research.
• Develop market sizing, forecasting and scenario analysis to align external market potential with internal performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market opportunities, risks and growth areas.
• Support assessment and execution of strategic initiatives with data-driven analysis and business case development.
• Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams and embed market insights into planning and execution.
• Support PMO deliveries by coordinating analysis and preparing executive updates.
• Contribute to IOH strategic project assessments evaluating market attractiveness and value creation.
• Lead and develop a team of market research and intelligence professionals and build stakeholder relationships.
