Nike is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia, at the Converse factory. You will join the Product Supply Chain, Footwear – Manufacturing & Engineering, to support global manufacturing excellence with cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Factory Partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, factory quality management, and advancing digital connectivity to drive productivity and sustainability at the local level.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in engineering, product development, automation, lean, manufacturing, or quality management.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or related field; master's preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage data for decision making.
• Fluent verbal and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering teams, and Factory Partners to achieve success.
• Evaluate Product Excellence by implementing robust factory quality management.
• Drive manufacturing improvement through capability building and evolved factory digital connectivity.
• Lead efforts to drive sustainable growth through enhanced productivity and new facility engineering validation.
