Job summary

Nike seeks a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join the Converse factory in Indonesia. As part of the Product Supply Chain, Footwear – Manufacturing & Engineering, you will collaborate with factory partners and cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing excellence and data-driven improvements.

The role requires 5–8 years in engineering, product development, automation, lean, manufacturing, or quality, a Bachelor's (Master’s preferred), fluent English, and strong skills with MS Office

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in engineering, product development, automation, lean, manufacturing, or quality management.
• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Engineering, Business Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Data-driven; able to leverage data for fact-based decision making.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, including systems, processes, technologies, and materials.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing and product excellence with factory partners.
• Evaluate product excellence by implementing robust factory quality management.
• Lead capability-building and digital connectivity initiatives across the organization.
• Drive sustainable growth through productivity improvements and new facility engineering validation.
• Ensure alignment with global engineering strategies while delivering solutions at the local level.
