Job summary

Nike seeks a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join the Converse factory team in Indonesia. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Factory Partners, and PMO to advance connectivity and manufacturing excellence at the country level.

The role requires 5–8 years in engineering/manufacturing, a relevant degree (Master's preferred), and strong data analytics with BI tools; fluent English is essential for cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Product Development, Automation, Lean, Manufacturing, or Quality Management.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• Data-driven and able to use data for fact-based decision making.
• Experience in Manufacturing Operations, systems, processes, technologies, and materials to produce finished goods.
• Forward and conceptual thinking with diverse inputs and solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Factory Partners to achieve success.
• Evaluate Product Excellence by implementing robust factory quality management.
• Drive manufacturing improvement through capability building and digital connectivity.
• Lead sustainability and productivity initiatives, including new facility engineering validation.
• Ensure alignment with global engineering strategies while delivering local solutions.
