Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Product Development, Automation, Lean, Manufacturing, or Quality Management.
• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Data-driven and able to leverage data for fact-based decision making.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to Nike's mission to produce the best footwear in the world by driving manufacturing and product excellence and delivering sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Systems Engineering team, Manufacturing Engineering teams, and Factory Partners to achieve success.
• Evaluate Product Excellence by implementing robust factory quality management.
• Drive manufacturing improvement through capability building and evolved factory digital connectivity.
• Lead efforts to drive sustainable growth through enhanced productivity, new facility engineering validation, and sustainability projects.
• Ensure alignment with global engineering strategies while delivering impactful solutions at the local level.
