Job summary

Caterpillar Indonesia Batam is seeking a Senior Manager Production to lead a dynamic assembly operation. You will drive production excellence, manage 6-8 section managers, and deliver safety, schedule, cost and quality targets in a fast-paced facility located in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience leading 6-8 section managers in assembly environments.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage PQVC for value streams and oversee staffing, development, and performance programs for operations staff.
• Oversee operations activities, ensuring safety, schedules and performance targets are met.
• Monitor overall operations performance and implement production safety, cost and quality controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and foster a safe manufacturing environment.
