Job summary

PT BOGA MAKMUR BERJAYA ABADI is seeking an experienced Maintenance, Repair & Project Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and project activities across our multi-brand F&B operations including restaurants, head office, central kitchen, and warehouse facilities.

The role emphasizes managing end-to-end projects from planning through commissioning, with strong emphasis on civil works, MEP systems, and facility uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in maintenance, repair, facility management, construction, fit-out, or project management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or project leadership role.
• Experience handling F&B/Restaurant outlets, head office, central kitchen, and warehouse facilities preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works, building infrastructure, MEP systems, HVAC, electrical installations, plumbing, and facility utilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair activities across company facilities including restaurants, head office, central kitchen, and warehouse.
• Establish and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, MEP systems, kitchen equipment, utilities, and other critical assets.
• Manage corrective and emergency repairs prioritizing safety, operational impact, and business continuity.
• Monitor maintenance requests, response times, repair completion, and outstanding issues for timely resolution.
• Identify recurring technical problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with relevant departments to minimize disruption to daily operations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repair history, equipment condition, and asset replacement requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, facility performance, and maintenance efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end projects including new outlet openings, renovations, fit-outs, relocations, and facility improvements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and schedules; monitor progress and risks.
• Coordinate project activities from site assessment through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Provide regular progress reports to Management; ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
