Job summary

Baker Hughes in Indonesia invites a Field Specialist – Wellbore Construction to join our Completions and Well Interventions team. You will supervise on-site installations of wellbore construction equipment, focusing on completion and liner hangers at client sites offshore, ensuring safety and quality standards.

You should have a Technical Diploma and 3+ years of offshore completions experience, with strong teamwork, problem solving, and readiness for cross-product training as needed by projects

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of offshore completions experience.
• Knowledge of liner hanger and completion techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field execution of well completion and liner hanger operations at rig sites.
• Provide daily updates to project managers, clients, and team members.
• Prepare and cross-check Run-in Hole Tally and Pre-job Checklists with risk assessments.
• Contribute to lessons learned and service quality improvements.
• Support workshop teams in equipment preparation and inspection.
• Adhere to Baker Hughes HSE policies and core values.
