Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a senior legal leader to manage and coordinate all activities of the Legal Department in Bali. You will set priorities, targets, and execution standards for legal tasks and ensure compliance with policies.

You will provide direction and performance evaluation for the SPV Operations and SPV Back Office, align legal work with business needs, and drive continuous improvement of processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
• 5–7 years in Corporate Legal with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Active Advocate Practice License (PERADI) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate, Labor, and Property/Land Law.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English; based in Bali preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all activities of the Legal Department.
• Set priorities, targets, and execution standards for legal tasks.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide direction and performance evaluation for SPV Operations and SPV Back Office.
• Drive continuous improvement of legal processes and controls.
• Oversee coordination with internal departments and external parties.
