Tada is an AI-powered Enterprise Loyalty & Rewards Platform that helps businesses engage, reward, and retain customers, partners, and employees. The Legal Counsel will own contract lifecycle, regulatory risk management, and compliance, partnering with teams to protect Tada's interests while enabling growth in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires in-depth Indonesian commercial law knowledge, cross-border exposure, and strong negotiation skills in a technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law with bar qualification or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in-house or law firm experience, preferably in tech or B2B SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law and cross-border matters.
• Experience in contracts, IP, employment, data privacy, and tech regulations.
• Familiarity with PDP, information security, and ISO standards preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own contract lifecycle: draft, review, negotiate, and maintain agreements.
• Manage legal and regulatory risk across the business and cross-border operations.
• Oversee corporate legal matters: licenses, permits, registrations, documentation.
• Ensure legal readiness by monitoring developments and translating to actions.
• Govern governance and documentation including templates and policies.
• Represent Tada on legal matters with authorities, counsel, and forums.
