Job summary

PT Good Sale Tech is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for warehouse and business operations. The role focuses on dispute resolution, manpower/labour issues, regulatory compliance, and contract drafting.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure compliant operations, manage risk, and draft or review 3PL, warehouse lease, and vendor agreements while staying up to date with Indonesian laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional legal experience.
• Valid PERADI Advocate License required.
• Experience in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Experience with 3PL/logistics or warehouse operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on matters related to warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and day-to-day operations.
• Manage dispute resolution and litigation, including coordination with external counsel.
• Review employment, industrial relations, and labor regulations matters.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for the company’s warehouse and business operations. This role will be responsible for managing legal matters related to dispute resolution, manpower/labour issues, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has strong practical experience in litigation, labour disputes, contract drafting and negotiation, with exposure to warehouse, logistics, 3PL, manufacturing, or other operational business environments. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders, warehouse/operations teams, management, and external legal counsel to ensure business activities are legally compliant and potential legal risks are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on legal matters related to warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and day-to-day business operations.

Manage dispute resolution and litigation matters, particularly manpower/labour disputes, including coordinating with external legal counsel and overseeing legal proceedings when required.

Review and advise on legal matters related to employment, industrial relations, labour regulations, and workforce-related disputes.

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and legal documents, including:

3PL / logistics service agreements

Warehouse rental / lease agreements

Vendor and supplier agreements

Service agreements

Partnership agreements

NDAs

Other operational and commercial contracts

Conduct legal risk assessments for warehouse operations, commercial transactions, business projects, and operational activities, and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal risks.

Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements, particularly those relevant to warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, employment, and commercial operations.

Provide legal support for business transactions, operational projects, warehouse arrangements, and strategic initiatives, ensuring that contractual and regulatory requirements are properly addressed.

Monitor relevant regulatory developments, particularly regulations relating to manpower, industrial relations, logistics, warehousing, commercial activities, and business operations.

Coordinate and maintain relationships with external law firms, legal consultants, regulators, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.

Maintain proper documentation and records of legal agreements, disputes, litigation matters, licenses, and other legal documents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B / Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the legal field, preferably in an in-house legal role or a reputable law firm.

Valid PERADI Advocate License is required.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in a reputable law firm is mandatory.

Proven experience in dispute resolution and litigation, with strong exposure to manpower/labour or industrial relations disputes.

Experience handling 3PL/logistics agreements and/or warehouse rental/lease agreements is highly preferred.

Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or other operationally intensive industries is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly:

Corporate and commercial law

Regulations related to logistics, warehousing, or business operations

Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

High level of integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
