Job summary

Kredivo Group is seeking a Sr. Legal Commercial and Operations Executive to provide essential legal and operational support within the Legal team.

You will review routine commercial contracts, maintain legal records, and streamline cross-functional workflows to support daily business operations. The role requires drafting and reviewing NDAs, vendor agreements, and addendums, while standardizing templates and tracking contract lifecycles across business units.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
High attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping.
Strong drafting and contract review capabilities.
Ability to manage high volumes of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, and revise routine commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and addendums under supervision.
Assist in standardizing contract templates and maintaining central repository for templates.
Track contract life cycles, renewals, terminations, and expirations across units.
Manage end-to-end legal administration, including filing and archiving.
Handle filings and data submissions for regulatory compliance and audits.
Manage incoming legal requests and ticket queues from internal stakeholders.
Provide first-line legal support to business, operations, and merchant teams on standard queries.
Support KYB and onboarding documentation for third-party partners.
