Job summary

PT Cekindo Business International is seeking an experienced legal professional to lead delivery of legal advisory, contract management, employment, and compliance services in Indonesia. The role focuses on ensuring timely, accurate deliverables while managing legal risks and supporting client regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will oversee legal documentation, engage with clients and authorities, and guide teams through complex projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law (essential).
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in a consulting firm or in-house legal environment.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of legal advisory, contract review, employment, compliance, and corporate legal services.
Oversee legal projects and client engagements ensuring timely, accurate deliverables and regulatory compliance.
Review agreements, employment documents, legal opinions, and due diligence to ensure quality and risk mitigation.
Provide practical legal advice on commercial, employment, corporate, and regulatory matters.
Coordinate with clients, government authorities, external counsel, and stakeholders to support project execution.
Oversee documentation, filing, reporting, and record management processes.
Identify risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.
