Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with strong analytical skills and a mindset for data-driven improvements across the FMCG

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing and IE tools like VSM, Time & Motion.
• Knowledge of TPM, OEE and the 8 Pillars.
• Experience with Daily Management System and Gemba walks.
