Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Quality based in Cirebon, Indonesia, to lead product quality assurance for Crocs and HEYDUDE across Tier 1 factories, suppliers, and subcontractors.

You will ensure that Crocs quality standards are applied from development to final shipment, while strengthening supplier capability and accountability at the source. You will translate global standards into concrete factory plans, lead risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in footwear, engineering, or quality management.
• 8–12 years of quality experience in footwear or consumer products, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of footwear development, mass production, and QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate global quality standards into factory quality plans and inspection methods.
• Lead quality risk assessments and issue resolution across development, trials, and production.
• Coach factory teams and build supplier capability to improve quality at source.
• Manage containment, root-cause analysis, and CAPA with stakeholders.
• Track supplier quality KPIs and ensure proper disposition of nonconforming products.
