On is seeking a Senior Lead of Footwear Production Quality to shape our fast-growing organization from Indonesia. Based in Cirebon, you will manage relationships with key manufacturing partners, supervise production quality, and oversee transitions from samples to bulk production.

You will lead lean and automated improvements, drive sustainability, and coordinate with On's global supply chain team, traveling between T1 factories as needed to ensure on-time delivery and top-tier quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of footwear production management experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving quality improvements.
• Ability to partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Establish relationships with current suppliers and act as On contact in Indonesia.
• Oversee order delivery and product quality inspections at manufacturing partners.
• Oversee commercialization from samples to bulk production.
• Lead lean and automated production improvement projects at supplier sites.
• Lead monthly business reviews with manufacturing partners.
• Promote sustainability and quality, driving strategic initiatives.

Your mission

• Shape On's next-level production landscape by establishing excellent relationships with current suppliers, serving as the main point of contact between On and key manufacturing partners in Indonesia, and managing the suppliers on a daily basis.
• Directly accountable for all order delivery and product quality inspections at manufacturing partners.
• Oversee the commercialization process to ensure a smooth transition from samples to bulk production.
• Lead continuous improvement projects at manufacturing partners sites, promoting lean and automated production.
• Lead and follow up with monthly business reviews with the manufacturing partners.
• Live and share our commitment to sustainability and quality and drive strategic initiatives that set On apart from all other brands.

Your Story

Your Team

You are directly responsible for the commercialization follow-up, engineering, continuous improvement, production, and quality of multiple manufacturing facilities in Indonesia. You will be based in Cirebon as an important member of the globally integrated supply chain team, with frequent travel between different T1 factories.
