Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in a related field and/or Diploma ELT (TEFL-Q).
• English teaching qualification (TEFL/ELT).
• Experience designing and delivering professional development for teachers and leaders.
• Experience leading MEL processes for English projects.
• Experience managing teacher education content development projects.
• Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders including government, donors and partners.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver professional development for teachers and school leaders.
• Lead monitoring, evaluation and learning activities for ESE projects.
• Coordinate with global and country teams to ensure quality assurance of teacher education content.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to support project delivery and expansion.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the British Council network.
