Job summary

Akar Inti Teknologi (AIT) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer Java (Dedicated) to lead backend design and delivery. You will collaborate with engineers to gather requirements, solve complex problems, and ensure scalable, reliable systems.

You will mentor junior developers, contribute to software refresh and extensions, and help raise coding standards across projects, with a focus on performance, observability, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Strong software architecture and clean, modular, testable code.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex technical problems and identify root causes.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.
• Perform unit, integration, and load testing and report results.
• Create technical docs for modules and APIs.
• Ensure software aligns with client requirements and standards.
