Job summary

pt nojorono tobacco international is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead and optimize our hardware, software, servers, and network systems for high availability and performance.

You will mentor a team of IT professionals, plan and oversee projects, implement data protection policies, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws while managing budgets and aligning IT initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, AWS, Cisco, Juniper) highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
• Experience managing hybrid on-premises and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize hardware, software, servers, and network systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including technicians and engineers, to achieve operational goals.
• Plan, execute, oversee IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and on-time/budget.
• Implement and maintain data protection policies, including backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.
• Assess system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to data protection and IT operations (UU PDP, GDPR, HIPPA).
