Job summary

Techconnect.id is seeking an IT Enterprise Architect Manager to lead architecture design, governance, and a high‑performing PMO. You will own the portfolio, cross-border infrastructure decisions, and the 3–5 year technology roadmap, driving modernization and M&A integration end‑to‑end.

You will build the IT PMO with hybrid Agile/SAFe/Waterfall delivery, orchestrate capacity planning, and govern vendors. Strong data, API‑led, and cloud strategies are expected.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience leading large-scale M&A IT integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy with a 3–5 year roadmap.
• Manage and evolve the enterprise application portfolio, cross-border infra, and standards.
