Job summary

You will guide junior mentors, lead code reviews, and pair programming sessions while establishing engineering standards and architecture references to ensure high-quality outcomes. This role emphasizes curriculum enhancement and adopting the latest Apple frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, SE, or related field.
• 5+ years building native iOS apps, with at least 2 years in senior/lead role.
• Proven mentoring experience and track record of helping others grow.
• Strong mastery of Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching, coaching, and mentoring sessions on advanced topics in mobile app development.
• Guide learners and junior mentors through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions.
• Establish technical standards and act as reference for architecture decisions.
• Co-design and improve curriculum with modern mobile engineering practices and emerging technologies.
• Plan for long-term technology adoption and migrations to keep curriculum future-ready.
• Model lifelong learning by staying current with platform updates and industry trends.
