Job summary

BINUS Group invites applications for a Technology Mentor to mentor students at the Apple Developer Academy in Bali. The role emphasizes Java, C++, Objective-C and Swift, with hands-on iOS development using SwiftUI and UIKit, and strong coaching abilities across Agile teams.

You will build and share high‑quality teaching materials, support app deployment, and contribute to program enhancements while collaborating with education staff and administrators.

Qualifications

• Minimum master's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years in senior staff, or 4+ years of professional experience.
• Experience empowering students or mentees.
• Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach, and mentor students in technical areas for Apple Developer Academy.
• Demonstrate experience in mobile development and iOS platform knowledge.
• Create and maintain high‑quality teaching materials and practices.
• Develop technical solutions for students, teachers, and administrators.
• Provide reports to supervisor and suggest process improvements.
• Support QA and learning experience with Agile/mentoring practices.

Perform teaching, coaching, and/or mentoring activities in technical areas for students in Apple Developer Academy 2.
