PT CONTEMPORARY AMPEREX TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA BATTERY seeks an experienced Internal Risk Control Specialist based in Karawang, West Java. The role focuses on strengthening internal control frameworks, identifying risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations.

You will develop policies, perform risk assessments, and collaborate with multiple departments to remediate control gaps and support audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in internal risk control, compliance, audit, or governance.
• Knowledge of COSO, ISO 9001 or similar standards.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial risk assessments.
• Understanding Indonesian regulatory requirements for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal risk control policies and frameworks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments across operations to identify vulnerabilities.
• Design and execute control testing to assess effectiveness of controls.
• Monitor regulatory and policy compliance across the organisation.
• Prepare risk assessment reports for senior management and regulators.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to remediate risk and control gaps.
• Maintain risk registers and control matrices.
• Conduct training on controls and risk management.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation and evidence.
• Monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes for management.
