Job summary

FWD Insurance Indonesia seeks an experienced Internal Audit professional to strengthen governance, risk management and control processes. You will support planning, risk assessment and audit execution across the organization, driving improvements and reporting to senior management.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting with at least five years in audit, preferably in insurance or financial services, and strong Indonesian and English communication skills. Big 4 background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in audit.
• Preferably have working experience in insurance and/or financial industry.
• Preferably have working experience in the Big 4 audit firms.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Internal Audit in completing quarterly risk assessment and action plan follow-up.
• Assist in annual audit planning and risk assessment alignment with Group requirements.
• Plan, lead and execute audits evaluating control design and effectiveness.
• Prepare audit reports and present issues with remediation plans to management.
• Maintain relationships with management and groups to relay changes and risks.
