Job summary

PT Bias Tekno Art, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced interior designer/architect to lead hotel and high‑rise projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design or related field, strong aesthetics, and 5–8 years of project experience, particularly with hotels or high‑rise buildings.

You will collaborate across teams, produce documentation, and ensure adherence to codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Good time management, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills—able to explain ideas clearly.
• Accuracy in measurements, calculations, and documentation.
• Approximately 5-8 years of experience of working.
• Experienced in handling Hotel Projects/High rise building.
• Proactive and conscientious.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and responsibly while being a team player.
• Knowledge of details in Fix and Lose furniture.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
