Job summary
BP plc seeks an Instrument & Control Engineer to provide expert support for field instrumentation, control, safeguarding and communication systems in LNG operations. You will drive risk assessments, RCFA investigations and implement corrective actions across the plant lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Physics Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years in instrument engineering for oil and gas, LNG/O&G O&M preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICSS, field instrumentation, and safety systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline instrument and control engineering support for normal operations, startups, shutdowns and plant upsets.
- Lead risk assessments and incident investigations (RCFA) and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and optimize instrument maintenance strategies, SPIs and SAP PM builds.
- Manage brownfield modifications, MOC, tie-ins and live-plant integration.
- Coach and mentor engineers/technicians and drive continuous improvement.
