KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a Lead HVAC Engineer with extensive experience in static and rotating equipment to support oil and gas projects onshore and offshore.

The role requires 15+ years in HVAC/ACMV, strong design and coordination skills, and hands-on expertise with AutoCAD, PDMS, SP3D, Navisworks and SMACNA standards. You will lead a team of engineers and drive HVAC design quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or ACMV engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC system design including P&ID and diagrams.
• Awareness of SMACNA standards.
• Ability to coordinate with a team of engineers and designers.
• Knowledge of HVAC design fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Prepare Manhour Estimates for HVAC scope on Offshore Platform/FPSO Projects and Onshore Projects.
• Prepare HVAC design philosophy and prepare Technical Specification for HVAC Equipment.
• Prepare HVAC AIR FLOW DIAGRAMs /Schematic Drawings.
• Prepare HVAC D & ID Drawings.
• Carry out Heat Load and ACMV Calculations as per ASHRAE for various spaces.
• Prepare HVAC Ducting Layout Drawings.
• Prepare RFQ/TBE for HVAC Equipment.
• Update HVAC Master Equipment List.
• Prepare Cause & Effect Diagrams for HVAC.
• Review Equipment GA’s, P&ID’s, Ducting layout and chilled water piping layout.
• Preparation of duct supports, Ventilation system design & drawing, Air conditioning system design & drawing.
• Manage Team of HVAC Engineers/Designers.
