Job summary

PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara is seeking an experienced HSE & Risk General Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environment, and Risk Management functions across the organization. The role focuses on developing and executing HSE strategies, strengthening safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing critical operational risks across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, HSE, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE/HSSE, minimum 10 years in a senior managerial HSE position.
• Experience in petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, refinery or high-hazard process industries.
• Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 31000 management systems.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of HSE & Risk strategies across the organization.
• Establish and maintain risk assessment, risk register, mitigation, monitoring and reporting framework.
• Direct investigations of accidents, incidents, near misses, and environmental events with corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws, standards, permits and industry requirements.
• Strengthen a proactive safety culture and manage key operational risks.
