Job summary

Tripatra is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager in Indonesia to oversee the HSSE Management System documentation, ensure proper application across all functions, and coordinate with external parties to maintain compliance and drive safety culture.

With a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 12 years in oil and gas, including 5 years as HSE Manager on EPC projects, you will lead KPI development, support incident investigations, and collaborate with clients on safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (S1) is required.
• Minimum 12 years of oil & gas experience, with at least 5 years as HSE Manager.
• Certified AK3 Oil and Gas or Occupational Health Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum), Certified in SMK3.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for HSSE Management System documentation both internal and external.
• Ensure that the HSSE system has been properly applied to each function
• Responsible for communicating with external parties related to the HSSE Management System.
• Develop, implement and monitor HSSE-related key performance indicators from corporate and subcontractors, including provision of monitoring results on leading and lagging indicators, driving speed violations and accident investigation results.
• Collaborate with client to conduct innovation and development programs related to safety, health and environmental culture
• Report to and assist the Project Manager and corporate HSSE in relation to HSSE services
