Job summary

CV Krea Kalyana Kaamita seeks an experienced interior designer with a balance of technical skill and artistic flair for high-end interiors in Jakarta. You will create 3D images, develop mood boards and material boards, and prepare complete technical drawing sets for draftsmen.

The role requires a Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design, at least five years' experience including three in high-end residential or hospitality projects, and the ability to lead a team, work behind tight schedules,

Qualifications

Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years in high-end residential/hospitality interiors.
Experience on projects equal or larger than 2,500 m2.
Strong conceptual design thinking and space planning.
Ability to work under tight schedules.
Deep understanding of high-end finishes and furniture details.

Responsibilities

Create 3D images.
Create mood boards and material boards for given projects.
Provide all details required by draftsmen to create comprehensive technical drawing sets.
Direct and monitor draftsmen during the process of technical drawing sets.
Follow design directions from Director.
Deliver all the given tasks on time.
Be responsible for all and any other tasks related to project work to perform and produce a well thought design.
