Job summary

KEZIA KARIN Interior Design & Stylist is seeking a Drafter for interior design projects based in Surabaya and Jakarta. You will translate designs into precise technical drawings, ensure compliance with company standards, and oversee detailed specifications for timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor in Interior Design or Architecture and at least 4 years of drafting experience on large-scale interiors, with strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Drafter in high-end interior design projects
• Experience leading a project equal to or larger than 5,000 m2 or 8 storeys
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Able to work under pressure with attention to detail and proactivity

Responsibilities

DRAFTER FOR INTERIOR DESIGN (SURABAYA & JAKARTA BASED)

Candidates will take responsibility in the following;

Ensuring team members deliver comprehensive and complete technical drawings based on company standards.

Translate the design into technical drawings.

Oversee and check all the design specification and detail.

Deliver all the results based on the given time schedule.

Evaluate team's performance and develop processes for improvement.

To improve team's productivity and efficiency.

Qualification:

Candidate at least Bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

Has been involved as a team member or leader minimum in one ( or more ) of these kind of interior design project (office buiding, apartment building, hospitalities (hotel & resort project)).

Has experience in leading a project equal or larger than 5.000 m2 area or minimum 8 storey high building.

Minimum 4 years experience as Drafter in high end interior design project.

Good communicator, leadership, and an excellent team player but capable for individual task.

Pleasant personality and capable to work under pressure, discipline, attention to detail, proactive, and result oriented.
