Job summary

EY Indonesia is seeking a seasoned GRC professional to guide clients through governance, risk, and compliance programs. You will design governance structures, establish oversight bodies, and ensure privacy and regulatory adherence across complex projects.

The role focuses on client collaboration, staying ahead of industry trends, and delivering advisory services for national identity and digital ID programs in a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal, CS, SE, CM, IT, IS or Informatics Eng.
• At least 10 years in governance, risk management and compliance (GRC).
• At least 5 years in data privacy.
• Experience in PDPL/GDPR/HIPAA/ISO 27701/ISO 27018 projects.
• Experience designing governance for digital ID projects and advisory for national identity programs.

Responsibilities

• Design governance structures and oversight bodies for clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in client projects.
• Collaborate with diverse clients to deliver trends, practices, technologies, and frameworks.
