Job summary

EY seeks a Consulting FSO GRC Manager to lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives in the financial services sector, with strong focus on Indonesia. You will shape risk strategies, align with OJK and global Basel/IFRS standards, and drive enterprise risk programs across banking and securities.

The role requires 6+ years in consulting or banking, English fluency, and certifications (FRM/CIA are a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university.
• 6+ years in management consulting, Big-4, or banking/securities.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of risk strategies across credit, market, operational and liquidity risks.
• Supervise cross-functional teams and ensure adoption of firm standards.
• Develop ERM frameworks, risk appetite statements, and KRIs aligned with COSO/SEOJK.
• Implement anti-fraud measures in line with POJK, including FRA and monitoring.
