Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Jakarta is seeking a Governance, Compliance, and Data Privacy Advisor to guide clients through GRC strategies and data privacy projects. You will design governance structures, oversee compliance, and help clients navigate complex regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in legal or IT-related field.
• 10+ years of GRC experience.
• 5+ years in data privacy.
• Experience on at least one project related to PDPL, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27701, or ISO 27018.
• Experience designing governance for digital ID projects, with oversight bodies and compliance committees.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver governance and risk management frameworks.
• Design governance structures, establish oversight bodies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide advisory services on national identity and digital ID programs.
