Job summary

Asli Rancangan Indonesia is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to translate design briefs into compelling visuals across offline and online channels. With 3–6 years of experience, you will create original graphics and oversee designs from concept through production.

You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud ( Illustrator, Photoshop mandatory; InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects advantageous) and 3D modeling (SketchUp preferred). Field supervision ensures builds align with designs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related design role.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop mandatory; InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects advantageous).
• Highly proficient in 3D Modeling Design software, with a strong preference for SketchUp.
• Solid understanding of real-world construction and building materials to ensure 3D models are practical for implementation.
• Able to produce content across a wide range of media and translate briefs into visuals.
• Willingness to conduct on-site field visits for quality control during construction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research design trends to keep outputs modern and relevant.
• Brainstorm innovative concepts and translate them into key visuals.
• Create original graphic designs and develop offline and online content.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including on-site field supervision to align builds with design specs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments for projects.
• Support departmental goals and targets with proactive work.
