About the role

We are seeking a talented Design Graphic to join our growing creative team in South Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in developing visually stunning and strategically sound graphic design solutions. As a Graphic Designer, you will be at the heart of our creative process, translating complex ideas into engaging visual communications that captivate our clients and internal audiences. This role is essential to our company's ability to deliver exceptional design outcomes and maintain our reputation for creative innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling graphic designs for digital and print media, including marketing collateral, branding materials, social media graphics, and web assets
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and visual mockups that align with management briefs and strategic objectives
• Collaborate with the social media team, digital marketing, and business development managers, to ensure design solutions meet project requirements and timelines
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines whilst adapting designs to different platforms and mediums
• Optimize graphics for various digital channels and ensure consistency across all visual communications
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach to the design process
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in the web and interaction design industry
• Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions and design workshops
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst meeting quality standards and project deadlines

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition
• Experience in creating designs for web and digital platforms, with knowledge of digital design best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple design deliverables
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• Ability to manage time effectively, priorities tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs
• Familiarity with web and interaction design principles is highly desirable
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is advantageous
