Job summary

PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) is seeking a skilled Web Developer – Backend with strong Golang expertise to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services. You will work with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms in a microservices environment, ensuring robust unit testing and clean architecture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in web backend development.
• Proficient in Golang.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices.
• Familiar with unit testing and clean architecture.
• Banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to manage and manipulate data effectively.
• Develop and maintain applications based on microservices architecture and deploy them on cloud platforms.
• Implement and maintain unit testing and ensure adherence to clean architecture principles.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Continuously research and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

1. Proven experience (4+ years) in Web Developer – Backend.
2. Strong Knowledge in Programming with Golang
3. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
4. Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
5. Familiar with unit testing and clean architecture
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skill.
7. Ex banking is preffered
