Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer, Software Engineer, or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Golang and proven experience designing and implementing high-performance, scalable microservices.
Solid experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and/or gRPC APIs.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases.
Experienced in implementing and working with message brokers, such as Apache Kafka or Apache Pulsar, particularly for asynchronous processing and event-driven systems.
Strong understanding of system performance optimization, scalability, availability, and reliability.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including containerized application deployment and orchestration.
Familiarity with cloud environments and cloud-based infrastructure.
Experienced in conducting and participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
Comfortable facilitating pair programming sessions to improve code quality, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Able to proactively identify potential edge cases, bottlenecks, risks, and technical debt, and propose appropriate solutions.
Strong ability to investigate and troubleshoot production issues quickly, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes.
Able to collaborate effectively with Frontend, DevOps, Product, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including clean code, maintainability, testing, observability, and version control.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
