Job summary

DKatalis is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join a cross-functional Agile squad. You will own end-to-end lifecycle—building, deploying, and supporting digital products—across front-end and back-end.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineers to ensure high-quality code from day one. You’ll mentor junior engineers and help upskill the team while delivering impactful features in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• >5+ years of professional software development experience.
• >Front-end proficiency with Flutter preferred or React/Vue.
• >Familiar with Lean/XP practices, TDD, pair programming, and CI/CD pipelines.
• >Agile mindset and ability to balance technical debt with delivering value.
• >Architectural awareness from UI to back-end services and APIs.
• >Strong written and spoken English; able to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Feature ownership: refine requirements with Product and translate concepts into scalable implementations.
