Job summary

KitaLulus is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to own complex onboarding journeys and multi‑language customer portals. You will build back-end APIs, integrate with CRM and compliance services, and ensure end-to-end data integrity.

Required 6+ years in full-stack roles, fintech experience, and strong English communication. Collaboration spans Berlin and Switzerland teams, with a focus on scalable, specification-driven development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript.
• Strong recent production experience with React and Next.js App Router.
• Mandatory: fintech or regulated financial products experience.
• Proven ownership of complex onboarding or application flows.
• Backend capabilities: APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Experience with state management and data-fetching tools.
• Experience with Playwright or Cypress for E2E tests.
• Experience building multi-language/internationalised apps.
• Professional English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex multi-step application and onboarding journeys, including validation and KYC.
• Develop customer, dealer, and operations portals using TS, React, and Next.js.
• Build backend use cases, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Integrate with CRM, workflow engines, compliance services, and credit systems.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and reliable end-to-end flows.
• Develop and maintain E2E tests for critical journeys.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Berlin and product/operations in Switzerland.
• Contribute to specification-driven and AI-assisted development.
