Job summary

Kitabisa adalah platform fundraising terkemuka di Indonesia yang berbasis di Jakarta. Peran ini fokus membangun API backend dengan Go, merancang skema database, serta deliver antarmuka responsif menggunakan Next.js dan TypeScript, bekerja sama dengan produk dan desain.

Anda akan mengintegrasikan API AI ke fitur produk dengan validasi, pengendalian biaya, serta memimpin fitur dari desain hingga produksi. Posisi ini on-site di South Jakarta dengan kontrak kerja.

Qualifications

• Minimal 5+ tahun pengalaman rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan rekam jejak rilis fitur end-to-end.
• Fasih dalam Go untuk pengembangan API, OpenAPI, pengujian, konkruensi, dan penanganan error.
• Keterampilan database kuat di SQL/NoSQL termasuk pemodelan, desain skema, indeks, transaksi, dan optimisasi kueri.
• Pengalaman membangun antarmuka produksi dengan React/Next.js dan TypeScript.
• Pengalaman Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud, serta observability produksi (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Terbiasa menggunakan alat AI seperti Claude Code/Codex/OpenCode untuk mendukung pengembangan, tidak sembarangan menilai kode generated.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Build reliable APIs and business logic in Go.


• Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and manage safe migrations.


• Deliver responsive, accessible interfaces in Next.js and TypeScript, working with product and design.


• Integrate LLM APIs into product features, with appropriate validation, error handling, and cost controls.


• Own features from technical design through testing, deployment, and production support.


• Contribute to architecture decisions, review code, and mentor teammates.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong backend experience and a track record of shipping features end-to-end.


• Proficiency in Go, including API development with OpenAPI, testing, concurrency, and error handling.


• Solid database skills across SQL and NoSQL, including data modeling, schema design, indexing, transactions, and query optimization.


• Practical experience building production interfaces with React or Next.js and TypeScript.


• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and production observability, including logging, metrics, and tracing.


• Proficient with AI assiting tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode to support development, debugging, and testing, with sound judgment in reviewing and validating generated code.


• Good engineering judgment: you can break down ambiguous requirements, explain tradeoffs, and balance quality with delivery.


• Clear communication and a collaborative approach to code reviews and technical decisions
