Job summary

Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer / Fullstack Developer to build and maintain modern applications. You will work on frontend with Next.js and backend with Go and/or Java, design APIs, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. Expect code reviews, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

On-site in Kuningan, South Jakarta. Requires 5+ years of experience, strong architecture knowledge, and the ability to deliver under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Software Engineer / Fullstack Developer or similar role.
• Strong frontend experience with Next.js.
• Strong backend experience with Go and/or Java.
• Solid understanding of architecture, API development, databases, and scalable apps.
• Able to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines with code quality.
• Strong ownership to drive from requirements to delivery.
• Experience in code review, troubleshooting, debugging, and improving systems.
• Good communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Available to join ASAP or on short notice.
• Willing to work full onsite (WFO) in Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and development processes.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Next.js, Go (Golang), and/or Java.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and high-quality technical solutions.
• Design and develop APIs, backend services, and frontend features based on project requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards, quality, security, and performance are maintained.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, technical issues, and production incidents.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and other engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in technical discussions, system design, and solution architecture.
• Estimate development efforts, prioritize tasks, and deliver features within agreed timelines.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, code quality, and development processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer / Fullstack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Frontend development using Next.js.
