Job summary

Balimmo Development Group in Bali is seeking a senior full stack engineer to build features across villa management CRM, construction tracking tools, and agency-facing apps. You will translate detailed briefs into production-ready code, collaborate with UI/UX designers, and optimize end-user workflows.

You’ll work on both back-end APIs and front-end interfaces, with mobile development a bonus and English as the working language. On-site relocation to Bali is expected for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in software development or leadership roles.
• Strong command of English; working language is English.
• Proven full stack delivery across Next.js and Laravel.
• Experience with both back-end and front-end development; mobile a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build features across Balimmo products from villa CRM to construction tools.
• Develop new features based on detailed briefs from IT manager.
• Understand end-user workflows and propose improvements.
• Follow briefs precisely and flag discrepancies early.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designer for frontend integration.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.
• Read multiple codebases across Next.js and Laravel stacks.
