The role emphasizes ownership, high attention to UI/UX details, autonomy, and rapid iteration to advance product development in a human-blended AI coaching platform.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend feature delivery end-to-end, building interactive interfaces, admin layers, and mobile workflows with a focus on UI/UX detail.
• Architect senior-level UI patterns and design reusable frontend components across web and mobile.
• Build and optimize interfaces for structured coaching, data visualizations, and real-time AI interactions.
• Collaborate on frontend architecture for a seamless blended experience, including real-time handoffs between AI and human coaches.
• Partner with the VP of Engineering to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Participate in technical design reviews and help set frontend architecture standards.

In this role, you'll help completely rebuild our architecture for our next funding round, collaborating with a tight 3‑person team directly alongside the VP of Engineering. We're looking for a frontend‑leaning engineer with a sharp attention to detail, a strong sense of agency, and a quick iteration mindset who can drive things forward independently to deliver rich, user‑centric coaching interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Own frontend feature delivery end‑to‑end, building highly interactive interfaces, admin layers, and mobile workflows with a focus on UI/UX detail.
• Architect senior‑level UI patterns and design highly reusable frontend components across web and mobile platforms.
• Build and optimize user interfaces that support structured coaching frameworks, data visualizations from personality assessments, and real‑time AI interactions.
• Collaborate on the frontend architecture required for a seamless blended experience, including real‑time handoffs between AI and human coaches.
• Partner directly with the VP of Engineering to translate business requirements into actionable tasks without waiting for instructions.
• Participate in technical design reviews, help set frontend architecture standards and leverage AI‑assisted development tools throughout the engineering lifecycle.
