Job summary

TechConnect in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can ship polished React UIs and design robust backend systems for document ingestion, async pipelines, and AI agent orchestration.

You will own full-stack features from Next.js App Router to PostgreSQL, implement AI integrations with LangGraph and Anthropic Claude, and help drive quality with tests and code reviews. You will join a data-intensive M&A deal-tracking platform building scalable, cross-functional solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with React, Next.js App Router and TypeScript (strict mode).
• RESTful API design and PostgreSQL relational modeling.
• Experience wiring AI SDKs (LangGraph) and Anthropic Claude.
• Familiarity with async job patterns and retry logic.
• Tailwind CSS and component libraries (Radix UI / shadcn/ui).
• AWS or equivalent cloud infra knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the full stack from Next.js pages to PostgreSQL schema and background workers.
• Own AI-powered features using LangGraph and Anthropic SDKs.
• Design backend domain models with Drizzle ORM and clean architecture.
• Write unit and E2E tests; participate in code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs with product teams.

We are building a data-intensive M&A deal-tracking platform - a web application where investment bankers manage pipelines, process documents, and surface AI-driven insights. We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is equally comfortable shipping polished React UIs and designing backend systems that handle document ingestion, async job pipelines, and AI agent orchestration.

We are building a data-intensive M&A deal-tracking platform - a web application where investment bankers manage pipelines, process documents, and surface AI-driven insights. We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is equally comfortable shipping polished React UIs and designing backend systems that handle document ingestion, async job pipelines, and AI agent orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & maintain the full stack - from Next.js App Router pages and API routes through to the PostgreSQL schema, Drizzle migrations, and background job workers
• Own AI-powered features - integrate and extend LangGraph agents (document classification, structured extraction, company enrichment) using the Anthropic SDK and Vercel AI SDK
• Design backend systems - model new domain concepts in Drizzle ORM, write service and repository layers following clean architecture, and queue async work through the jobs table
• Drive quality - write unit tests (Vitest) and Playwright e2e tests for every feature; participate in code reviews
• Collaborate across functions - translate business requirements from the deal team into technical specs, and work with product on iterative feature releases gated behind feature flags

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience; strong in React, Next.js App Router, and TypeScript (strict mode)
• Solid backend skills: RESTful API design, relational database modeling (PostgreSQL), and ORM usage (Drizzle or Prisma/TypeORM)
• Experience wiring up AI SDK or LangGraph — prompt engineering, tool/function calling, streaming responses
• Familiarity with async job patterns — queuing work, tracking state in a jobs table, handling retries
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and component libraries (Radix UI / shadcn/ui)
• Experience with cloud infra on AWS (S3, SES, RDS) or equivalent
