Golden Agri-Resources in Indonesia seeks a strategic leader to head complex investigations into fraud, misconduct, and policy violations, directing a team of investigators and aligning with risk and compliance objectives.

You will oversee planning, evidence collection, interviews, and the use of forensic tools and data analytics to uncover facts, report findings, and drive corrective actions across the business.

Competenze

• Degree in accounting, law, criminology or related field.
• 7+ years in fraud investigations, audits, or ethics & compliance roles.
• 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
• CFE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of investigation methodologies and documentation.
• Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Proficiency with forensic tools and data analysis platforms.
• Experience handling confidential investigations with integrity.
