Job summary

IOH is seeking a Financial Planning professional to support AOP, long-term financial planning, and quarterly forecasts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. The role focuses on budgeting, financial modeling, and developing Anaplan planning processes in a telecom context.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in corporate planning, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, and strong Excel and analytical skills.

• Ability to compile financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for Budgets, Forecasts, and Business Plans.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual corporate plan (AOP), long-term corporate financial planning (BP) and quarterly forecast P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow with quality and on schedule.
• Involve in development, operation and improvement of Anaplan AOP/Forecast planning system.
• Produce AOP/BP P&L and forecast P&L with scenarios as assigned.
• Create segmentation and related AOP & Forecast reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve functional goals.
• Provide support in absence or unavailability and maintain relationships with peers.
• Provide continuous inputs to improve business processes and systems.
• Contribute to team building and positive work environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks.
