Ey is seeking a Remote Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead budgeting and forecasting, build advanced financial models, and provide strategic insights across the organization. Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and FP software proficiency.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience in a remote/global environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support planning.
• Analyze results and report variances from budget/forecast.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Provide financial analysis to various departments and support decisions.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Monitor KPIs and business metrics.
• Improve financial processes and systems for efficiency.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
• Contribute to long-term financial strategy development.
