Job summary

Pt Tunas Ridean in Tangerang is seeking an organized and analytical Aircraft Maintenance Planner to join the operations planning team. The role focuses on scheduling and coordinating all required maintenance activities, ensuring maximum aircraft availability while complying with aviation regulations and safety requirements, and developing both long‑term and short‑term plans.

You will manage resources, optimize schedules, prepare work packages, and monitor status to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning.
• Strong understanding of maintenance programs and heavy maintenance.
• Proficiency with maintenance planning software such as AMOS and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the aircraft maintenance schedule, including heavy and line maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams for resource allocation.
